<![CDATA[cgales Blog Posts]]> http://www.sacramentokingsnews.com/cgales/weblog/ <![CDATA[Welcome Tampa BayYuck the Fankees]]> http://www.sacramentokingsnews.com/cgales/weblog/4564/welcome-tampa-bayyuck-the-fankees.html http://www.sacramentokingsnews.com/cgales/weblog/4564/welcome-tampa-bayyuck-the-fankees.html Tue, 07 Oct 2008 12:06:43 PDT    Finally, a post season with out the New York Spankies.  I am sick and tired of those losers and I am officially on the Tampa Bay band wagon.  Finally a team that doesn't care about stats.  A team that plays together for one goal and that is to win the World Series.  I love the youg talent they have in BJ Upton and Evan Longoria.  The Tampa Bay Rays deserve all of this and I hope it continues for years to come.  Now, back to the Spankies.  The Spankies might have to figure out that you can't buy championships anymore, signing free agents that are in thier mid 30's and hoping to get another 300 dingers at the end of their career.  You need to develope the talent(Rays) and build within and what happens when they don't make the playoffs, thier old Skipper is in the NLCS?  try to say that because their division is week, thats why they made it lol.  Then of course, the Dodgers go on and sweep the Cubs, who had the best record in the NL lol.
